Chemical Resistance –

• Excellent – Aliphatic Hydrocarbons, Water, Petroleum Oil, Hydraulic Fluids
• Good – Steam, Aromatic Hydrocarbons, Kerosene, Alcohol
• Fair – Strong Acids, Alkalis, Ozone

Product Features –

• SJ2-115 compound carboxylated nitrile is similar to nitrile rubber. However, the polymer backbone has been chemically modified with a carboxylic acid containing group. The result is a nitrile rubber with outstanding abrasion resistance and chemical resistance superior to that of traditional nitrile. Compound will maintain a glazed surface with good release properties.
